We’re nice people and whisper it quietly… or shout loudly now it’s official😊: we’re the best place to work!
Earlier this month, we picked up the Asset Finance Connect (AFC) Best Organisation to Work for Award 2024.
This prestigious accolade was judged by our own employees, who we know go the extra mile to help our business continue to expand.
There are many reasons that make Compass a special place to work. First, we have a vibrant, team culture where everyone is encouraged to contribute ideas, carve a view and find ways to improve the business.
Although we can’t implement every suggestion, we listen and engage to understand improvements can be made.
Being a relatively young business, we have been able to create and develop this culture as we grow, providing young talent with the support, space, and time they need to flourish.
This team ethos extends beyond the office. We support charities and local initiatives, have the odd summer barbecue, and go on special trips like one to Paris later this year to thank staff for their commitment and loyalty.
