Leumi ABL has provided Compass Business Finance with a £20 million revolving funding facility to support the specialist leasing provider’s continued growth and expansion across its target markets.
The bespoke facility has been designed to provide Compass with a flexible revolving funding structure, enabling the business to expand its loan book while preserving cash flow as lending volumes increase.
Structured to bridge the gap between a traditional block discounting facility and a wholesale funding solution, the arrangement has been tailored to meet Compass’s specific funding requirements. A key element of the transaction was Leumi ABL’s ability to support loan agreements backed by government guarantee schemes.
Mark Nelson, Director of Compass said: “Compass has ambitious plans for growth, and securing this facility from Leumi ABL provides a strong foundation for the next chapter of our journey. As we continue to broaden our reach across established and emerging sectors, this funding enables us to increase support for customers seeking flexible, competitive finance solutions to invest in their businesses."

“We were looking for a funding partner that understood both where Compass is today and where we want to be tomorrow, and Leumi ABL’s bespoke approach delivered exactly that. This partnership positions us to accelerate growth while continuing to put our customers at the heart of everything we do.”

Ryan Whitworth, Head of London - Sales Team at Leumi ABL, said: “Compass has built a strong reputation in the leasing market, and we are delighted to support the next stage of its growth. The bespoke revolving structure provides the flexibility to underpin the business’s future ambitions and demonstrates Leumi ABL’s ability to provide specialist funding solutions that evolve alongside our clients’ ambitions.”
